Alixe Boyer

With 20+ years leading dynamic, results-driven teams in global brands, and formal training in leadership and performance coaching, I know first hand how to navigate people dynamics, growing businesses, and high-pressure, high-performance cultures. But I also know what it’s like to be a woman in pivot, navigating all of the other challenges and complexities life inevitably throws your way. It can be overwhelming, to say the least. How can you do better? Be better? Be of value? Be relevant? And dare I say, be happy?

I built my practice to advance female leadership, both personally and professionally. For women to lead, innovate and thrive in their lives (men, I can help too!). Coaching isn’t a quick fix—it’s a powerful catalyst. A collaborative partnership, dedicated to determining what’s possible, and creating a workable strategy to get you there, wherever you may be in your life. And importantly sustaining positive change.

Let’s have a virtual sit down. Real talk in a safe space. To reflect, explore and plan. It’s good to be heard. Let’s connect.

I hold the LPCC Credential (Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification) from Brown University School for Professional Studies, a program  grounded in developmental psychology and neuroscience. It is an accredited program by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), of which I am an active member. I am also certified in divorce mediation.
